About the Now - We are looking for more visionary doers to join us. You can join from afar or from here, at Hidden Village by Amagi - Thailand.

This phase is focused on our first 20–30 early residents. We have 11 homes available now, and the first nine residents are already living at Amagi. We are entrepreneurs, artists, and, above all, doers.

Being an early resident is much more than simply reserving a home; it is an active commitment to co-creating the foundation of our regenerative village. As we say: "To build a village, it takes a village." For example, at Amagi we don't impose a master plan. We first set a foundation as people, seeing each other and knowing each other, and then we operate and act in the real world to design the "site map" together.

We are seeking individuals who are ready to share their vision, energy, and resources to shape Amagi from the ground up.

What Does It Mean to Be an Early Resident? As an Early Resident, you are not a passive renter, but rather a Founding Member of our living community. Your commitment gives you the unique opportunity to:

• Shape Governance: You will actively participate in facilitated processes, sharing how you would like the future governance and structure of Amagi to evolve.
• Build Deep Connections: You will be part of the first "Pods" - small, facilitated groups designed to build deep, meaningful connections and collaborative trust among our earliest residents.
• Contribute Value: You are invited to offer your unique skills, knowledge, or expertise ("Offerings") to the project. This could include contributing to architectural design discussions, community planning, or specific regenerative initiatives.
