Most communities are built on proximity. Amagi is built on resonance.
We are moving away from the "standard life" and the pressure of traditional structures. Instead, we have curated a dynamic environment designed for those who value freedom This is a space built on trust, shared responsibility, and the kind of inspiration that only happens when people are truly aligned.
The Pod Method
Pods are containers for deep connection—structured gatherings where people share openly, listen deeply, and build trust together. They are the foundation for building sustainable, free, and prosperous communities.

Overall
How it works?
We utilize the Pod Method to allow members to communicate in a deep and meaningful way. Pods are 4 person workshops, conducted online for 2 hours each time, over a series of 3 sessions. Through careful guidance led by an experienced facilitator, participants rapidly get to know each other deeply.
What happens in a pod?
By sharing life's challenges, dreams, search for love, freedom, happiness, and even triggers, people build trust, synergy, and deep appreciation for one another. This is the ultimate way to connect people who are about to share the most important thing: life, together.

Deep listening and honest sharing
You quickly learn about yourself and others in ways that feel natural and meaningful.

Built to Create a Resilient Community
Who this phase is for
This current phase is reserved exclusively for investors and early residents. We do not accept casual walk-in stays from tourists or curious visitors who are simply looking to experience the place.
Because our capacity is limited, both in units and in human bandwidth, we choose to share Amagi only with those who are genuinely interested in being part of building a village.
What “getting involved” means
Getting involved means a real commitment. This can take the form of:
- Investing in the village
- Building a home here
- Actively participating in shaping the culture, governance, and long-term vision of Amagi
If you are interested in joining at this stage because you are looking for a long-term rental commitment, and you feel called to contribute your skills, knowledge, or experience, while also engaging deeply with others who are joining, you may apply through one of the options below.
The first step
Minimum financial commitment: $1,000
This amount is considered an investment in the village and may later be:
- Converted into rent reduction, or
- Credited toward nights and stays at Amagi units
At Amagi, we have intentionally designed a process to bring people together through deep connection.
This takes the form of a dedicated retreat that creates trust, clarity, and real human synergy between potential residents and investors. Anyone who wishes to get involved is asked to go through this retreat process.
The retreat, and its purpose
The purpose of the retreat is:
- To get to know you in a deeper and more meaningful way
- To allow both you and Amagi to assess mutual fit
The retreat is designed to clearly reveal whether this village and this path are right for you.
Resident benefits
In addition to securing rent-reduction, we offer three early resident benefit tiers for the first 25 people in the initiation group - the early residents:
$1,000 in rent-reduction
$5,000 in rent-reduction
$10,000 in rent-reduction
