Step 1: The Threshold — Join a Pod
Before the first stone is laid, we begin with people.
You’ll join a small Pod for three facilitated sessions (six hours total), designed to explore alignment and shared capacity for village life. Together, we focus on:
- Presence and authenticity — showing up as yourself
- Deep listening — creating space for others
- Flexibility and co-creation — navigating difference with care
Think of this as the foundation beneath the foundation.
Step 2: Choose Your Place
In collaboration with our team, you’ll explore where and how you might root into the village.This includes considering location, orientation, scale, and the natural surroundings that best support your way of living.
Step 3: Shape Your Home
From there, you’ll choose how your home takes form:
- Curated designs — select from a portfolio of pre-designed homes.
- Custom design — work with our architectural team to create a residence uniquely your own.
