Businesses
rooted in real needs.
An accounting firm. A management team. Chicken coop. Useful enterprises with real customers and workable economics.
Not everything has to be a startup.
A living experiment. An open invitation.
A place to live. A place to build.
A future to shape together.
Our first village
What if the life you want to live and the things you want to build could grow in the same place?
Here, we’re bringing community, nature, and meaningful work closer together. Not a finished utopia. A place to contribute, try things, and learn with each other.

More than
a place to stay.
Life, presence, work, creation, movement, people, stillness. Life in flow.
A different way to build
Someone has space. Someone has a skill. Someone needs help. Bringing them together can create more than another individual fix.
Notice the needs, abilities, and resources that already exist around us.
A management team, for example, could turn local needs and complementary skills into a viable business.
Tools, relationships, and learning can support other villages while each keeps its own character.
An illustration of the approach, not a live operating map.
The village as a venture studio
The model allows for people to have a stake in the village. The village can support their businesses. Interconnectedness aligns collaboration.
An accounting firm. A management team. Chicken coop. Useful enterprises with real customers and workable economics.
Not everything has to be a startup.Technology ventures, including an existing AI startup, open the possibility of building for a much wider world.
Local roots. Wider possibilities.Share tools, knowledge, and capabilities with other communities, without asking them to become copies of us.
A network, not a franchaise. We’re developing the venture-studio and shared-equity structures. Relationships with individual ventures vary.

Life is bigger than a job title
Dance. Make things. Care for each other. Have the difficult conversation. A community takes all of it.
Someone shares what they know, in a talk, a circle, or over a long dinner. Everyone leaves with more than they brought.
A new event format, a coop, a small business. We try ideas at a size where mistakes are cheap.
What works goes into the next gathering or the next venture. What doesn’t becomes the next conversation.
Hidden Valley sits inside a Thai village. We learn its rhythms, invite its people, and asked for its blessing before we began.
We want people to find work they’re good at and drawn to. Roles can emerge, change, or finish. What we learn becomes the ground for what comes next.
Curious? Good.
There’s real life here, and plenty still to work out. We think being clear about both is a better place to start.
Hidden Valley, community gatherings, and relationships with people building businesses are already here. The wider venture-studio model, governance, and shared-equity structures are being developed. A network of locally autonomous villages sharing capabilities is the direction we’re exploring.
The intention is for contributors to participate in the value they help create. Exactly how that works depends on the venture, contribution, legal structure, and agreed terms. It is not yet a single implemented ownership offer that everyone can buy into.
No. Freedom needs clear commitments, decision-making, and accountability. Roles can evolve, but necessary work still needs someone responsible for it. A bigger group does not automatically cover every need.
No single path fits everyone. You might explore village life, collaborate on a venture, offer a useful capability, or support a specific project. Not every resident needs to become a founder. Start with a conversation about what fits.
Let’s discuss a specific project: its people, economics, stage, risks, and terms. The ambition is long-term value rooted in useful work, not a guaranteed return. This page is not an investment offer.
There’s no single way in
A skill. An idea. Capital. Care.
Let’s find where we can be useful to each other.
